Biography
Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Lee began playing guitar at the age of 10. Mostly self taught, he studied composition and orchestration at the Vancouver Capilano College Jazz Program. During the 1980′s Lee moved to Toronto to join Steamer, an RCA recording group with whom he played bass and recorded. After 3 years in Toronto, Lee returned to Vancouver where he continued to play bass in various top rated rock bands. He later returned to jazz and studied Jazz guitar with Oliver Gannon, one of Canada’s premier Jazz Guitarists.
In 1991, he moved to Geneva, Switzerland and spent some time playing across Europe. Today, Lee continues to compose and play jazz with many of the area’s talented jazz musicians.
